Claimant says:
"Last August I had Joseph Construction Co/Concrete Driveway Co. put in a concrete driveway. In April I noticed over 90 holes in the driveway. I started calling Joseph Construction Co. only to be sent to voice mail for three month's. Only when I left a message that I was going to go to the BBB and state attorney general did I get a call back from Joseph the owner I believe? He informed me that he has been very busy and he would look at it soon. In June on about the 10th I called again and left a message he called back this time. he told me he would be out on June 14th. I informed him I would be out of town. They came anyway. When I got back on Monday June 15th I found over 90 holes had been drilled into the driveway and filled with something. It looked real ugly and did not match the driveway. I called the company immediately to say I was not happy with what they did. Again it took weeks to finally get Joseph out to meet with me. At which time he said that the patch's would not blow out in the spring he said he would give me a two year warrant on that. he also informed me he had a way to match the patch's to the driveway. he sent a guy out to stain the driveway. Now it has patches and looks white washed. At this time no warranty and he now blames Chemstone for a bad mix. I called Chemstone talked with Tim (Joseph Construction sales rep)all he will tell me is they have a contract with with Joseph const. and if I want a copy of the concrete mix I would have to deal with Joseph construction (how convenient) but Tim the Joseph Constuction sales rep at Chemstone he has to deal Joseph and I would have to deal with him too. I want a two year warranty that the patches won't blow out in thenext two years. If they do he will replace the driveway or refund the money so I can get a company that knows what the are doing. So for now I have a patched up drive that looks whitewashed and a company that is in the wind,"
