Claimant says:
"I contacted Mr. Miller by phone on March 4 2012 to mow my girl friends yard, and he agreed to do so, and was going to charge me $200 dollars and I agreed to let him do the work. In the mean time we had nearly 3 weeks of rain and he never got to it and my girl friend and I broke up on March 19 2012 and I called Mr. Miller on tuesday morning march 20th at 9am and ask him not to mow the yard as we had broken up and he agreed not to mow it and I agreed to let him keep a $100 of the $200 for his trouble and he offered to send me the $200 and I insisted that he keep a $100 and send me a $100, he agreed and promised to send it right away. I have not received the money as of 4 10 2012 and I called him on 4 10 2012 and he refuses to send me the $100 that we agreed on, and calims he mowed and cleaned the yard even after I informed him not to. Seems he did this on his own and why I do not know. My agreement was with him and I paid him and when I requested he not mow the yard he did so anyway. The yard was cleaned somtime after the 21st of March after he had been informed by me not to do so. I have copies of text msgs where he agreed to send me the $100 on april 10 2012, and text msg is dated 505pm on march 30 2012. Mr. Miller has repeatedly lied and refused to pay me, so therefore I am filing this complaint for my money due me. I hope you can help me in this matter.
