"To JD of JD Custom Furniture:
I paid you a $1200.00 deposit in July 2016 for kitchen island work you promised to begin in October 2016. After multiple emails and visits to your office with unsuccessful results, requesting either a start date or a refund, it is not mid january 2017 and I have received nothing from you but a refusal to refund my money. This is unconscionable that you would take money from people and lie about returning to complete work. I demand a refund as you have not produced any custom work or any work at all.

    I see no possible solution as I am also a victim..... my husband and I contracted with JD in Oct 2016 for a Murphy Bed and paid him $1900 deposit with the promise it would be completed in 10 to 12 weeks. As of today, March 27th 2017 we have NOTHING. More...
