Pictures in the Ebay ad were over a year old. They were taken before the buggy was rented and beet to death on the beaches.As per Ebay you are required to take pay-pal, you refused.After talking to you on the phone, I let my guard down and trusted you.You said the Buggy was a show truck from FL and was better than the pictures.You also said because you were a business that you could ship it for very cheap and agreed to pay half, that should have raised a RED FLAG, but againI trusted you after talking to you.The shipper even contacted you about all the problems we had just getting it off the trailer.The steering rag joint broke when my Wife tried to steer it off the trailer.I got bolts and wire ties to put it together so we could get it off the trailer.Then the steering wheel fell off in the street, so we steered it by hand turning the front tires.Once in my garage I found;The front body support bars are hack sawed off but are intact in your pictures.The seats are all rotted.The top hinge mounts are broken and chunks of fiberglass are missing.Every piece of metal and chrome is rusted to death, but all is shiny and new in your pictures.Every wheel has at least one lug stud broken off.The e-brake is missing.The motor runs but the throttle does not work.This is what I have found so far.Refund my money and I will ship the buggy back, it is pure junk.Yes you can research your pictures to see if and when they were first posted to the net.You lied in your ad, you lied to me on the phone and you are still lying here.I am 60 years old and live by the old rules where a man's word is his bond.It is businesses and people like you that are destroying the world today.Trust is no longer safe with people like you do business.Hopefully this will help someone else from being burnt by you.

Next I'm sending my boy's to confront you face to face. Make sure you kiss you wife and kid's every night, might be the last time you see them..Nuff said..
"This buyer had every option to come and see the buggy and pick it up before paying for it. He chose to have it shipped and bought it as is..We never use Pay Pay in money transactions other than deposits and that was explained in our add.When the buggy left our shop it was exactly as described.."
