They messed up our reservation we made weeks ago before our trip, but had no problem taking the $650 we paid for 2 Jeeps (which we ended up with a Jeep and a buggy ) .... then After calling and notifying them not once but twice that there were things wrong they said “no it’s good to drive”... get a mile out onto the beach and break down... in the heat with 4 small children and they refuse to come help because they felt disrespected that we were so upset about the situation... thank goodness for a kind man who brought the children and I back to our condo to get them out of the heat and sun (they had sun block on but the sun was brutal) .... only to be told that the owner was in a meeting until closing time and that refunds can only go through the owner then proceeds to blame the alternator/battery issue on us and calls me a b****. When I make him aware That our lawyers will handle this if they dont and he says “you are really going to sue us over $650?” To which I respond, absolutely if it saves someone else this experience and an entire day of their vacation ruined. they said that if they hadn’t felt disrespected they would have come out to help... but hey, who cares that we told them we were stranded with 4 small children...
AAA will be there soon to tow it at our expense ... great business practices, fortunately we were smart enough to record the conversations and phone calls we made to them ( the New Yorker in me 😉) as well as record from start to finish the ride on the beach to prove it wasn’t our error ... but at least it will give our lawyers something to do!

It is pure junk, rotted, rusted, broke, pictures were not current.
Would not accept pay-pal, requested a bank check and offered to ship it.
I now know why, it is unusable and was falsely advertised as a show buggy. DO NOT BUY...
