Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"In December 2014, Jay Buck of Versatile Solutions solicited me for credit card processing for my business, Charming Nails in West Reading PA. The services were provided through North American Bancard. I signed an agreement for monthly service fees to be debited from my bank account and received a card processing machine represented to be free of charge. He stated that because there was no signed agreement I could cancel services at any time if not satisfied. I call Mr. buck to cancel services in April 2015. In June my bank account was charged $3,377.65. Mr. Buck did not return my calls regarding the charge. I then called North American Bancard and was told I had signed a long term contract and was not entitled to a full refund. I was refunded $794.05. I believe I am entitled to full refunded (an additional $2,583.60) as I did not sign at contact."
