Claimant says:
"I was verbally attacked by the manager and employees when i complained about service. The manager and employees were arguing and screaming at me from behind the counter.Then one of the employees ran from behind the counter and attacked me screaming and spiting in my face.I simply asked for a refund and asked to speak to the store manager.The assistant manager refused to give me the store managers contact information and incited an argument which provoked the other employees to join in on a screaming match in front of the other customers. The male employee then ran from behind the counter in a rage and came within inches of my face screaming at the top of his lungs and spitting in my face. I am 48 yrs. old a small business owner and have never in my life experienced a violent attack like this .The actions of the assistant manager and the employees were inexcusable and i am filing a formal complaint with the states attorney.This situation could have been resolved very easily but the asst. manager took this to a horrificly violent level. I feared for my life when the out of control employee attacked me and the asst. manager condoned his actions. He appeared to be drug crazed and hell bent on violence.I am speaking with an attorney to see what i can do about this situation."
