"Robotic surgery on prolapsed rectum April 2012 at Battle Creek, for a prolapsed rectum went terribly wrong and readmitted twice with a total of 21 days after the surgey with the robotic device for infection and partial bowel obstruction. I've have heard more horrific stories and believe this device she not be allowed anywhere it's way too risky. Although its still being used a thousands of claims."

  • Intutive Surgical team seem very careless of there product I will kept in contact to resolve this for the above amount if not handled today the FDA and BBB WILL BE REPORTED.They have no attempts to resolve this suit, but I will continue to fight there will be more claims unnoticed and then he big bucks go into place.I will continue to post blog website for further injuries do the Robotic Da Vinnci claims at are a all time high loss know with sales dropping due to a overwhelming amount of lawsuits if not resolved they publicely will be overwhelming. The Robotic Da Vinnci was new at Battle Creek, Michigan, in 2011 my Dr. had no training and training was not offered or mandated, failure to admit fault is crucial to the credibility of this Medical device and fault of equipment to admit responsibility.
