"I got hurt at work and have had one surgery. They started off fine but 2 days after I got the staples removed from my knee they called and started harassing me about going back to work. I like to work so I have no problem with working as the amount of hours I work will prove that. However I was and still am not physically capabale of it. I have been trying to other specalist to get these matters resolved in a prompt manner and Linda Schram and her bosses continue to say I did not get hurt at work because I compete in mixed martial arts. My boss (one of the owners of the company) has stated that these are all work related from the accident. I found out I need surgrey on more body parts. The company has told me to go through with the surgery they will pay out of pocket if need be in order to help get me back to work. Linda and her company keep this under investigation which is not allowing me to get prompt medical atteinton as I do not have the cash to pay up front for doctor visits. I did get them to pay for one and he ordered MRI and Jim H. her boss flat out said they are not paying for it ($10400) like I have this money laying around. This has been going on for more than 9 months now. The reason he is involved is Linda was going on vacation and would not move the IME appointment up because she only had 40 minutes before she left. I suppose my life is not important but getting 3 weeks of checks sent to me is even though this is the third time the wait to pay me as check dates can prove it as I took these into my company. This Lady will not return my calls The doctors office calls and my works call very proffesional I think. All this insuarnce company does is make me irrate to the point I can not even think straight or speak properly to the them after 10 minutes on the the phone when they do call. When I went to see their doctor he was more worried about writing a report about the accident than looking me over. This took an hour should have taken 2 minutes. He was only concerned about the knee that had been operated on which is fine just like I said 3 months ago if not longer. He says I dont have nerve damage as he stabbed my none operated on leg that was not even hurt in the accident except brusies which are still there form 6/29/11 and cuts whichar not there. I have no complaints about the left side of my body why is he even looking there. Dr. Lawley their IME said my shoulder is fine and dont need surgery even though I have MRI results stating 12 to 2 tear. He also told me to cancel my MRI of the back its not needed even though an Associate Proffessor orderd it. He flat out said to pick a body part that hurts thats all their going to look at which one is most important. My body is important we are only given 1 in this life and since I can not even sleep more than 2 hours at a time cause of pain I feel as if he was not concerned and was just trying to get me back to work which is what I want anyhow however I need to be able to perform my job and daily activities pain free as I had before this accident which is what my work has told the insuarnce company as well as myself as I asked if I could just come back to work since they keep costing me late fees on bills by not paying me properly. They wont allow me back to work until I am healed. I can not get healed properly with the way they are handling the case which is in very poor fashion. I have never been belittled like this they even make me feel like its all in my head but the tests results contine to show that it is not in my head. I am not a guy who believes in sueing as I do believe in Karma. I just want healed so I can go on with my life and eliminate these people out of my life. If they want to go to court however I have pictures of the accident site that I did not take and witnesses as well as test results and my work all backing me up I dont understand what the problem is they also hired a nursing company to accompany me to visits who should up once oh and it was 2 of them and they only been to one and they switched my case worker to this Linda Schram of Wisconsin. If anyone needs to see a Doctor for something I would not recommend seeind Dr. Jeff Lawley of Great Lakes Orthopedics or go to Garden City Hospital in Michigan as he is affilated with them. Its no wonder why everyone I have ever heard talk about how they are just not getting better when this is where they go I know why(family & friends). I also live right beside these facility and will not even think of going there. Members of my family are also in Fire Rescue and hate anytime they have to take a patient their. All I want is to be fixed and get back to my life Working and competing again any help I can get will be grateful as I am ready to break but my work keeps helping me out I just do not understand why we can not get these problems resolved in a prompt manner as I do not fake injuries and like to take time off work as can be proven in how I never miss a day. I am not breed that way and I do understand that the people who take advantge of the system are ones who create these problems but test results are test results they can not be faked I would again appreciate any type of help in order to get healed as I can not handle dealing with these injuries and the why I am being treated I fear for my well being physically and mentally as what is this doing to my body. I eat right train properly and try to do the right thing however I am a results oriented person. Please respond to me. I will only allow the doctors of my choice work on me as I want to be fixed properly"

  • I am not looking for a cas settlement just to get my medical treatment that is my right by law. I also want to point out that I did report my injuries to Chris Vullings when this started and I did tell my boss Jim Judd as you made calls to him to verify. I mentioned that I wanted to see if I was sore or actullay hurt. I was put on pain killers and when they were gone problems are still there. I have never felt like this in my life I just want to get healed as when I reported it to Chris Vullings it has been way more than 90 days.
