"ON 7/12/2012 I was contacted by Larry Daniels, Division Manager over inventory supposedly from Carlsbad Seapointe Member Services about resale of my Timeshare.
I sent $298.00 to Imperial Publishing CO (800-495-3320)for deeds they will file within an hour. The money was sent electronically. check #2393 Con # ETPO7127390. Latter contacted by a Jim Daily that I should be contacted on Sept 7th between 3 and 5pm with final paper work (800-653-8428) and I have yet to hear from anyone. Unable to speak with anyone. Called the above # many times requesting a refund of my $298. Left messages since 9-20-2012. Called my bank but they indicated since I had sent an electronic check they could not help."
