Claimant says:
"My complaint is with humana insurance company. for the past year they have been sending me and billing me for another person's insurance claims. My son and a boy have same name and birthday but different middle intials. They send me the boys doctor and dental claims and other personal insurance info. I'm tired of gettin statments thats not my sons and i know the other party is gettin my info i shouldnt be seein what this boy has done at dentist and what go doctor for nor should they see what my son has done. I have been gettin bills from collections where my son's medical and dental dont get paid or somtimes not even mine. this has been goin on too long and not taking care of. I spend hours on phone with them trying get settled."
