Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I did some heavy gambling at this casino. On 2/15/2014-2/16/2014, I lost $8700 on the same machine that I was at for 26 hours, without a pay-out. I went to talk to a manger there regarding what I thought was a corrupted machine. She gave me some kind of story which I thought was not legit and I thought that the Indiana Gaming Board should have investigated this machine.
The next thing you know when I went back there on 2/18/2014 after voicing my complaints, there was a restriction on my card (account) that wouldn't allow me to download some of the free slot play that I had. Someone put this restriction on my account after my complaints and I feel that this also corrupted any opportunities that I had to win, I was back there a couple more times that week and lost another $7000 on the same machine. I since have self-excluded. I feel that I am entitled to at least half of the money that spent in that machine, because of a restriction that was attached to my players card for no apparent reason. I feel that this restriction also had some effect on the machine paying out. I probably should have taken my players card out of there to further assess the situation, continuing to play like I was another person but unfortunately, I found out about the restriction right before I was self-excluding from this casino. The time that one of the hosts gave me regardng when the restriction was placed on my account coincided with my complaint and the machines demise. This particular "Super Times Spin Poker Machine" is not a machine in the high-limits room, the average bet that I spend per hand is $5.40, so these sums that I am mentioning are an inordinate amount of money to keep losing without some sort of pay back."
