Eva E. says: Horseshoe Hammond had a security advisor call me because I had called one day to talk to my casino host who wasn't available and other hosts spoke to me and claimed I sounded depressed which had nothing to do with my request and they barred me from there. i was a Seven Star member and lost a lot of free slot play . They claimed the barring was due to gambling problem, but it was very unfair of them to make the decision. The Indiana gaming commission said it was very rare that the barring based on a gambling problem was the Casino's decision
