Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Honda Financial has put 18 delinquent payments on my credit report. We have been late 2 times, this has dropped my credit score 100 points. We call them Honda Financial and they have done an investigation and it was found in OUR favor. This has been going on for 9 months. We call them and call them, to find out why they have not fixed my credit. All they keep saying is we are looking into it, like i said this has been going on for 9 months now. We traded the car in just to get away from Honda Financial and after the payoff, they own us $234. which we have not gotten, we also have not gotten a letter that the car was paid off. We are getting no where with Honda Financial. What i would like to see is my credit fixed and the $234 they owe us. By the way we have all bank statements showing we were only late 2 time,but this should not be needed since Honda Financial already did an investigation and said it was found in OUR favor, meaning they were wrong, Yet nothing has been done to fix anything. I want my credit fixed, please before i have to take this situation to court. On the phone with Honda Financial right now and they are telling me, they have no records of an investigation no records of a BBB complaint from earlier. They will not give us any information. I am talking to Isbel EX. 65231. also I was told there was no supervisor available unless i leave my phone number for one to call me back within 24-48 hours, and they can't give me an email to send to BBB. I myself was on the phone with Honda Financial when they told me there was an investigation and it was found in our favor, now they are telling me there was no investigation. This is very unprofessional. Isbel told us, unless we request a letter that the vehicle was paid off that they didn't have to send one out, that to me is funny, because when we paid off the Honda civic in Feb they sent a letter stating it was paid off. By the way we didn't ask for it. Hmmmm something isn't right there. They stated that they would be mailing out the payoff letter today."
