"Eric Adams, Director of Marketing (Phone # 213-437-6650) with Homeowners Premiere 17718 Vanowen St. #427 Reseda, CA 91335 sent me a email advising of their Homeowners Lead Referal Program his company offered. The cost was $500 for 22 Homeowner Sales from the Leads provided. The Leads were to be called by a representative from Homeowners Premire to confirm their information an set an appointment time for the agent to contact them. I purchased leads inside the counties of Houston, Henry and Dale in South Alabama. I received 20 Leads from Homeowners Premire. One of the Leads already had Allstate and was supposed to have been replaced. Four of the leads no one on the lead lived there, Four phones were disconnected, one -not interested, Left Messages No Response five, No Answer called 3 Times-two, Do not have a home lives with Mom- one, Furnished prospects that lived outside the Specified Territory Five(called even though these were not in territory). I have not made a Sales from none of these prospects. I called Eric Adams numerous times and ask him to call me. Mr. Adams has never returned my calls. I sent an email to concernsIT@homeownerspremiere.com on 11-21-2013 at 11:52 AM expressing my disappointment at the quality of the leads and asking for better quality leads or refund my $500. I never received a reply. On or about 12-13-2013 my email correspondence with the company was disabled. I have been unable to communicate with the company except Eric Adams's Phone # and he has not communicated with me. I feel I have been misled with what the company and Eric Adams Promised in communication with me. I have copies of all communications between myself and Eric Adams.and the company. I feel this company should refund my $500 since they have not provided the 22 Homeowner sales I was promised. Anyone considering purchasing leads from this company and Eric Adams, Be Aware."
