Claimant says:
"Holland America promised a 5 star experience and failed to deliver on many aspects. A full list of complaints has been registered but Holland America have only offered compensation dependent on booking another cruise.
The saying 'don't throw good money after bad' springs to mind.
We just want Holland America to offer no strings compensation."

  • 12-15-2010 — Received letter offering $100 each credit for next cruise
  • 01-19-2011 — Sent letter stating we were not happy with their offer and wanted proper compensation
  • 02-14-2011 — Received letter offering better compensation but still linked to booking another cruise.
  • 02-17-2011 — Sent third letter explaining they had broken their contract & we would go to court if necessary.
  • 02-28-2011 — Received letter from Ms Sydney Leonor at the Office of the President advising that they took our comments very seriously but would not offer further compensation.
