"HiTek Auto Protection 14241 Firestone Blvd. Suite 120 La Mirada, CA 90638 (888)510-1943 has owed me $395 for approximately 9 months.  After acknowgling the debt, they said it would sent to at month's end over several months - no check. I tried to contact the manger - he was always out to lunch or at a meeting. I left many phone messages to return my calls - to no avail. The same goes for the accounting department.

  • I went to Hi-Tek's website and it says: "Most service contracts comes with a 30 day review period(review period could vary). During this time you may cancel your coverage at any time and receive a full refund. If you should choose to trade or sell your vehicle after your review period your contract is cancellable and entitled to a pro-rated refund."

    Did you cancel your VSC within the 30-day period, or did you ask for a prorated refund after selling the car?
