Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Last September I bought a computer from HH Gregg. I thought it was a new computer my invoice said nothing to the contrary. I have had many problems from day one. Every time I went back to the salesman he would make excuses about it. He even tried to fix it once. I finally got tired of going to him and just this week contacted customer service. The rep said that I had purchased an open box computer and she emailed a written comment stating that fact. I went back to the store and the store manager said that the customer service rep didn't know what she was talking about.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Since HHGregg has refused doing anything about this matter and they sold me a computer with a bad hard drive per the HP techs, you can do whatever needs to be done to file anything legally against them. I may not be able to do anything to them, but I feel they have really taken advantage of me. I went back to them 2 days after buying the computer and they have dragged their feet. I want nothing more to do with them but I will bad-mouth them to every one I can. I feel that the public should be told how HHGregg treats their customers even when they have been a customer for years as I had been. They basically treated me with ZERO respect and I do not appreciate it.

Update:

After checking my computer I do not have a microsoft certificate of authenticity proof of license sticker on this computer.
