Claimant's opinion: On multiple occasions, I've contacted this company and tried to resolve the problems w/multiple printers.Printer #1 used way to much ink and was replaced with another printer which has it's OWN problem...Printer #2 does not fax. This printer was replaced w/a 6500.Printer #3 does not print and in fact eats the paper...CONSTANTLY!Getting this resolved is a nightmare. Contacting my case manager and receiving a "Gift Card" is not working. I never receive the card. Yet I receive a confirmation email stating that I'm entitled to one. They always give excuses when I call back (Multiple times) that it is my ISP that weeds out the card w/spam filters. They also give me tel. numbers sending me into a "Loop Hell". No one knows what they are doing and will not resolve the problems. This has never happened to me before. I've always purchased their products, in fact I am typing this to you on a HP notebook.
Claimant's opinion: Understandably, I am highly upset. I've been through to much as a consumer of their product to be treated as a second class citizen. I have deadlines to complete, and cannot spend the time playing the games that HP is playing. I DID use language that I wanted this F*cking problem resolved immediately!I am told to 'Watch my Language'. Yet, if and when I am polite, I'm given the run around.
Claimant's opinion: I'm told how to express myself by employees of HP telling me to watch my language, when they refuse to comply to replacing my printer with something that works. I'm also told to call a number (1-866-684-6707) and tell them that I am entitled to a Gift Card and when I do call the number, I'm in a pre recorded "prompt this, prompt that" hell. I'm also told to enter a nineteen digit code to access the gift card 'prompt' and I was never given one!It is a STUPID unorganized set up.
Claimant's opinion: It's clear that if I have 3 printers with 3 different issues for each that there is a serious problem with HP products. I am no computer "Genius" to say the least, but I am Mechanically inclined and I DO know to load software and hook up a computer to a printer! It's not "Rocket Science"!
Claimant's opinion: If I have a defective printer and that does occur, then I should be compensated with one that is not defective. I previously had a defective 4168 printer which used way to much ink. It was replaced with a printer that uses slightly less and also has a faxing problem.The third brand new printer eats almost every page that it grabs and is an upgrade to a 6500!Something is wrong with this picture.
Claimant's opinion: Hewlett Packard has come out with some phenomenal products in the '90s! Today it's JUNK!It appears that there is no "Quality Control" measures in place to assure that there products are and remain Top Notch. This will be HPs Demise to cut costs. In due time they WILL file for Bankruptcy when the public purchases other name brand printers.
