Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My daughter was humiliated by ownership Denise and Tim Dalton Head Coach Ashley, and team coaches Elana and Olec Dimitri. Please bear in mind daughter is 9. Their choice and conduct breaches usga protocol .

She was not acknowledged and rewarded for her performance in the 2014 season, was invited to the awards banquet and stood up on stage with her teammates and made her stand up there with not one word of acknowledgement.

My daughter has competed for gymnastics nevada for the past 3 seasons, due to reasons that could form a seperate complaint we chose to leave the facility, without bad words or conduct and quietly, leaving it to be a matter of personal preference.

She was looking forward to her banquet and award evening with her team mates and accepted her invitation via evite.

Then publicly humiliated - it was a show of no respect for the athlete, any grievances they have because we chose to move to another facility should not have been taken out on my young daughter it was a show of pettiness, immaturity, arrogance, lack of class and there conduct should have been handled with the athletes best interest in mind, a rude answer was given to me saying that they did not know she was attending the evening, not only untrue but also verified by the parents who provided the coaches with all the athletes names for the evening that she was scratched off the list.

More insulting was the response from Denise Dalton, owner, in defense of her actions. (Can be provided if needed) Head coach failed to answer.

Further more another athlete, former teammate who left for similar reasons was contacted after the evening and given an award for the season, a complaint has been made to usga, referencing the breach in conduct of a usga member.

Resolve at this point, would be for my daughter to receive an apology from the people mentioned above, and her award mailed to her acknowledging her participation in the season, leading her to believe that it was there choice, so that she may restore her hope in coaches and not have to be taught that lesson so young! My relief will come in the form of easing my 9 year olds wound and making this facility accountable for the position it holds in so many young boys and girls lives."
