"Dear Sir
I am a 66yr old senior. I went online to find a site selling Beats by Dr. Dre the only thing my
grandson asked for for Christmas. I found this site and they were much cheaper. I ordered
them and they were from China. I opened them and the one earphone fell off. I went back to
find the website and it was gone. I called The official Beats website and told them what they looked like they informed me they were fakes. Do I have any resolve I paid $136.00 for them.

  • My sweet husband wanted to get me a pair of Uggs, a trademarked brand Of shoes, from this particular company. This company claimed they were selling authentic footware from the Official Ugg Australia, and upon receiving the items, we found unfortunately that the boots were in fact NOT at all the boots he had intended as a gift for me. They were poorly crafted, not real fur at all, and an entire shoe size smaller than the ordered pair. The total purchase was 180$. After several contacts to this company, they seriously said, "no boots good. No money back." We were willing to swallow the shipping costs if they would please give the purchase price back in refund so that he could purchase a legitimate pair of boots from and accredited retailer. As this was my birthday present. It was a terrible and heartbreaking super expensive shitty experience. Shipment number 1524862345. Date of purchase 11/16/13
