Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On 7/6/15 Greyhound Lines, Inc lost my luggage. A claim was submitted on 7/9/15 claim# 21474187 Customer ID # 244-5698 and included all items lost and purchased value of $1494.98. There has been numerous phone calls to several supervisors following up on the status of the claim. Greyhound claims they have sent via email three letters which have never been received. There has been request for re sending these letters again but never received. They will not give us a phone number to contact corporate by phone. We have sent notice via the email address given as: customer.service@greyhound.com. Just recently 1/18/16 they have said that they are sending me a check in 7-10 days in the amount of only $250. I commented that this amount is unacceptable. That is why I am filling this complaint with Peoples Claim. A complete list of phone call dates and names of supervisors talk to is available on request."
