Claimant says:
"OVercharged, in default of their own policies and terms. Will not respond to requests of owners name and contact info & will not respond to requests to file claim for broken articles of mine in transit that they are responsible for. Unprofessional and disrespectful treatment by thier management."

  • 08-24-2010 — Moving date was Friday, 8/28/10. delivery was supposed to be within the next 3-5 days. I did not receive my belongings until 9/6/20/. They held my furniture for 8 days in claiming no delivery address when in fact the correct address was given to their rep at my home the night of the move & personally written by me on their paperwork.
What Claimant Wants Hide
1. Recovery of Losses: (2) matted, framed prints ruined, ceramic vases scratched, bookshelf demolished, entertainment center- half was missing-unable to use remaining pieces Sep 29, 2010 $500.00
2. Refund: held my furniture for eight days without valid reason, poor quality service, rude, unprofessional behavior, refusal to answer requests or provide original receipts. Sep 29, 2010 $1,700.00
