Claimant's opinion: they changed my mother mass air flow sensor and did not tighten the two screws ,which caused the car to cut off after driving it for about 5 miles, i don't know if that messed up the air intake sensor underneath the air filter but that was messes ud right after that, i'm glad my mother was not leaving the shop with the car at that time,and on my car they changed the starter and forgot to make sure the wire harness was not screwed down, which is behind my fan, if that gets into the fan well you can imagine what could have happened

We trust them to do a good job and not to look at the customer as someone to make a profit off of, our lives are in their hands, we depend on them, we trust them to do the right thing and take care off us, not to look out for the company's best interest which is to make a PROFIT.
