  • We are a group tour operator - Good News Travels - and do not offer travel agency services as described where flights only are booked. Further, we have not ticketed any airfare with a group for these dates nor for anyone with this claimant's name.

    We also do not have an employee named Alvin.

    We are sorry for any confusion, but there must be another company doing business as OneTravel.

    We would be glad to speak with Mrs. Fisher and clear up this confusion. Our phone# is 800-288-5575. Ask for Donna Tribble, Accounts Manager.

    If you have copies of email correspondence, we can use those to assist you in determining the correct company to contact.
