Claimant says:
"After a failed attempt to sale my house, in which i was convinced to move out and three weeks later the sale fell through. I decided to rent the property to quit the bleeding (rent and fees to an extended stay hotel). I retained Golden West Management (GWM) to lease my property. An agent came out and reviewed the house and took some pic's to get the house on line. Later after I was assigned an personal agent, she recommended a cleaning ie....wipe the dust off and shampoo the carpets and I agreed. So I showed up that Sunday, to complete some overdue landscaping and everything in the garage was missing (tools, lawn equitment, new mountain bike and a box of very expensive wood flooring (about 600 dollars in all). I immediately phoned (GWM) and an agent (not mine) it was her day off who confessed that yes "when the cleaner called about the stuff in the garage she said if the owner left it there he doesn't want it and to take everything and get it ready to rent". eventually some of my lawn equitment was returned but the majority of items are still missing despite my repeated attmepts to recover them."
