Claimant says:
"The initial contract for repairs was signed May 21, 2014 with work to start immediately. It took more than a month when we were told it would take 5 days. Just beyond a month later the project was supposed to finally be finished. Andre Byars (owner) was contacted after several things we found not to be completed. After we (Andre and I) did a walk around, there were additional repairs that he agreed to fix along with the needed painting and repairs per the contract due to the length of time it took him to finish the initial work. From June 5th to July 16th he has sent more than 5 text messages stating that he would come to the house to finish the work which he never did. He also stated, "You can find someone else to finish the work" when he was contacted on July 16, 2014 at 6:32pm. Andre has already been paid in full because we believed him to be an honorable business owner. He is not. I have since file a complaint with the Consumer Complaint Agency."
