"ON 11MAY16 WE WERE INVOLVED IN A REAR END COLLISION. OUR CAR WAS TOTALLED BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY ON 14 MAY16. MY INSURANCE COMPANY PAID THEIR PORTION ELECTRONICALLY OF WHAT WAS OWED TO GM ON 24MAY16, AND THE LEASE "GAP" INSURANCE THROUGH GM FINANCIAL WAS TO PAY ANY BALANCE.

ON 26MAY16 GM FINANCIAL TOOK A PAYMENT OF $517.96 OUT OF MY AUTO PAY CHECKING ACCOUNT. THE PAYMENT SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN TAKEN OUT, SEEING THAT THE CAR WAS TOTALLED AND NOT OPERATIONAL AND PAYMENT MADE BY GM. I HAVE CONTACTED GM FINANCIAL OVER 13 TIMES TO GET THAT PAYMENT REFUNDED. THEY KEEP REFUSING TO REIMBURSE ME, AND KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND WITH OUT ANY SATISIFACTION. I HAVE CONTACTED GM FINANCIAL CORPORATE OFFICE, THEY TOLD ME TO CHECK WITH GM FINANCIAL IN FT WORTH, I DID, WITH NO AVAIL. I HAVE WRITTEN TO THE "CEO" OF GENERAL MOTORS, DETROIT, 3 WEEKS AGO WITH OUT A REPLY. I AM VERY FRUSTATED, AND AT WITS END.

IM AM ON A FIXED INCOME AND NEED EVERY PENNY I CAN GET. I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR $517.96 ASAP. THANK YOU."
