"There is a known issue that has occurred in many of the Amethyst model in Canyon Isles where by the drywall / stucco on the second floor is rotting out. It has been replaced on a number of homes. My home is now showing this but it has been 10 years so GL Homes will not listen to anything. It obviously built up over the 10 year period but did not show until now.

the house looks like it is falling apart and is quite visible from the street. Very poor quality and response to a known issue."

    Sounds like a design, materials and construction problems. Do you have pictures and GL Homes approved design drawings for this model? I am a FL registered architect.
