Claimant says:
"I purchases a GAP policy for my new Toyota Corolla at Germain Toyota of Naples. I called my insurance company the next day to let them know about my new car. I told them that I had bought a GAP policy from Germain for $602. They told me I could get GAP coverage from them for $26 per year, which would be six times that amount over 6 years, my terms of finance.
 
Since I had a 30 day cancellation period from the GAP policy I purchased from Germain, I went in on 5/1/2017 (one week after I purchased the car) and told the finance manager Kevin Brays, I wished to cancel the GAP insurance I purchased from them. He said it would be cancelled but it was against company policy to give me a receipt of the cancellation. I then went home and sent a letter to SETF Financing, who financed the car.
 
On 5/16/2017 SETF called me and told me that they received my letter for cancellation but I had to do it at the dealer. I told them I did this on 5/1/2017. I then called Germain to speak with Kevin Brays.  I have not heard back from him or a manager at Germain.
 
This leads me to question the other $4000 worth of policies I purchased to protect me from bills for the next 36 to 70 months on various parts of the car.
