"I purchased a new home and General Homes has yet to fulfill their obligation to repair the documented concerns within the noted contract now for 4 months. They have continued to develop the neighborhood and expected to have met the needs of the current buyers however have yet to do so for the previous. After contacting their real estate representative several times due to the superintendent that represents General Homes not offering any contact information for home owner concerns, they have not fulfilled their contractual obligation even though real estate agent has verified they have notified the superintendent of the buyers concern. Additional properties continue to sell with the exact work that is requested to be completed on a previous sale."

    I have contacted Don again on the work performed to repair the run off . Repairs made did not hold and has caused other ponding in several areas. Also the entire back yard continues to wash off.
