Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"To Whom It May Concern,
I am very disappointed at the quality and the cost of service I received from the technician from GEEKS On Site on January 3. The technician rendered the following services:
He connected me with my internet service provider within 15 minutes of his arrival.
He connected by home network to my laptop and iPad. The network was setup, but due to the lost of the ISP connection the router was not working. The router needed to be reset. It took 3 hours and 35 minutes for him to resolve the issues.
The total cost of the service was $297.00. When I accepted the agreement I felt that he would do the service in 2 hours with time remaining for problems in the future. When I got a chance to sit and complete a project that required the network, laptop, and iPad, I did not have any connection with the network. I called for a return visit and was told that I would need to pay additional fees because I had waited 10 days and they felt that the problem had nothing to do with the initial service.
I would like to register this complaint with you to protect others of the poor service of GEEKS on Site.
