Claimant says:
"I have been receiving numerous calls from this company as they continue to try to reach a gentleman named "Jason". I do not know this "Jason" and was getting tired of receiving these unsolicited calls to the incorrect number. I decided to listen to the complete call and wait to speak with a representative to correct this matter and request that they remove our number from their call list. The first representative, a Mr. Clemens, became quite combative, suggesting that my 64 year old mother who owns the home, or myself might know this person, even suggesting that I didn't necessarily know all of my mother's friends. When I told him he was being ridiculous and could we please get back to the matter at hand, which is to remove my number from the call list, Mr. Clemens proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and spoke with a different representative, a Ms. White, who also proceeded to be very caustic and combative, refusing to give me any information on the company other than to say that a place where people file civil claims, then proceeded to interrupt me and insist that she put me on hold without my consent. When I heard the line reopen with someone on the other end, I spoke out saying hello, and proceeded to be hung up on yet again. I then called back a 3RD TIME, speaking to yet another representative, a woman named Vicki. I explained the situation that had just taken place as quickly as I could, making sure that I began the conversation by requesting that she NOT hang up on me. When I was done explaining things, she agreed to remove my number from the call list, agreed that Mr. Clemens' behavior was unjust, but suggested that Ms. White's behavior regarding hanging up might have been an accident, although I firmly disagreed. I made it known to this "Vicki" that I was completely disgusted with the customer service that I'd received and would be following up the phone call with a complaint filed with the BBB. I also requested that Mr. Clemens be taken to task for his behavior and she said she would be reporting it to her supervisor, although by her tone, I doubt this very much. This is ultimately one of the absolute WORST companies I have ever done business with, and I feel that they do not have their finger on the pulse of proper customer service and the kindness with which all people should be considered, regardless of the topic. This company is a menace to the world of business."
