Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On Camera, Mr. Ogal (bank Rep) disclosed my personal business related to debts to other customers and associates a total of 3 times in that duration. I made a complaint to Ms. Rebecca Huckabee (Vice President of Frost), and she told me that Cindy (retail Manager) was going to call me. Retail Manager called but started off with the accusation of credit abuse followed by the threat of closed my account in the next 10 days. I call CEO/President- Mr. Evan, very nice man but transferred the call to Ms. Huckabee and only to say, "I will look into this." The next day I received a call from the Retail Manager stating, " I am going to F-ck you up, You have messed with the wrong person." I quickly called Ms. Huckabee and she stated, "I don't believe my manager would have said that because she knows she would get fired," and this was without any investigation. She quickly moved the conversation to the correction she made related to my account.-- Next day, get a letter from Ms. Huckabee (on exhibit) give me until Nov. 30, 2012 to find another bank with the correction made from 10 days (retail manager) to keep my account open and on the same day I received two letters in one envelope addressed to me and Ms. Mainer related to an off-set that they took money out of my account to pay her bill (in the exhibit), Then, I got a statement that showed that my money was taken to off set her account with a closure all in the same procedure (in the exhibit). This was not even 10 days from Retail manager threat or Nov. 30 per Vice President Huckabee.. Guess What? I am also not related to Ms. Mainer and she is over 18 years of age.. She doesn't even live here! There are no documents that show I signed for anything regarding Ms. Mainer on her account. I call the collection department Benny and advised him that my account was closed and I have a direct deposit schedule the next date but my account was closed without even letting me know but the letters received were misleading, unethical, with the treatment of "YOU'RE JUST A BLACK Person." I was treated like a N-GGER and all my constitutional rights were gone. Frost Bank to all my rights from me and made me fill it in more than one way. I hope no one goes through this type of banking. Also, I had to quickly find a safe deposit account and in "Sugar land, Texas" It is hard to find one because, all the Rich people have one. I was so scared to move my safe because there was no security to help me! When another bank found out about my problems with Frost Bank , they quickly came to the rescue by giving me a safe box and helping me open another account with them. RACE should never be apart of judgement and a bank (Frostbank) should never take a customer or client's rights away. A bank should follow FDCPA, Rules Govern by Department of Banking, EEOC. ** JD Powers and Associates have them listed as BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE (see exhibit). My call to JD POWERS gave them the 411 and they were willing to help any way they could... Thank you JD POWERS--"
