Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On February 7 my friend Lynne Howard and myself went to Frisch's to eat. I order a well done big boy. I told my friend this don't taste that good. I open the sandwich and the hamburger was cut in half it was very thin. I ask for the manager and Chris Collins came over. I show him the very thin hamburger. He said that's how they come. I told him I had been to Frisch in Norwood the week before and the hamburger was the right size. He told me that I got the super big boy. I told him I order the same thing ever time I eat at Frisch which is a regular size and the meat was not thin like this one. He told me there was nothing he could do. I paid for my order and left the store feeling like I didn't eat. H e could have said I'M SORRY"
