Claimant's opinion: Rear door of van is not in alignment so rear door does not open, close, lock or unlock properly. I was promised a van in 100% working order and it is not. The cost of the conversion is way beyond what I received. There is only only way to open and close the rear door and that is with a remote. If the remote does not work, I am stuck in the van or outside the van.

Claimant's opinion: This van conversion is so poorly put together with controls not attached to anything, wires not connected or capped off, remote doesn't work most of the time, mechanism covered with duct tape instead of being encased properly.
