Claimant says:
"I bought A truck in September 2015 it was closing time the fiance guy Scott Blum brought a waranty contract outside to sell me stating it was a great warranty..Ford warranty would cover anything. I went to Florida in November while down there the sunroof would not close when we got home I took it to the Ford dealer who stated its was NOT covered by a FORD warranty we took the warranty up to the dealer to find out it was a knock off warranty... who stated the sunroof was NOT covered and it would cost $1900 to fix it. I called Scott at Fred Bean he stated he would refund the warranty...after a few hours called back stated they would not refund the full amount...not acceptable I NEVER used the warranty I was MISLEAD about the warranty rushed into the warranty..I believe this was bogus from the start and they were just trying to get money from consumers when I called the warranty place they stated Fred Bean was the one handling the refund which took them from 11/30/15 until 1/11/16 to mail out and I have not recieved it yet. I believe if I had not had a problem they would have just made money off of me I believe this was a scam and I should be intitled to a full refund."
