"Contacted 30 days in advance for two trucks, direct haul. They charged $3700.00 dep, guaranteed to be on time due to livestock being involved along with home furnishings. Did not show, could not produce the trucks in a reasonable amount of time, dispatch was very unprofessional, argued on details until he looked at agreement , refused to return deposit, simply told me to do what ever I had to do! Dispatch name is Steve Gay, & Will took care of original agreement , promised to be available at all times! Nothing but liars & crooks with no regards to the jam they put us in!"
