"I have been a tenant At Sunset Terrace Apts and I've had on going issues with the property. I know that FPI management here in Folsom Ca isnt my main issues to address but there is a complaint with them for not following up with this mess after I sent them a email all I received in return was, someone will get back to me!! Since then nobody has contacted me not even the manager at my apartment, not even to the San Diego Health Inspector and Code Compliance! They have been to my apartment alone 5 times and been fined 3 out of the 5. Still no response and tried to get a mediator and no response. So my goodness what am I to do. I made most of the repairs myself, paid out of pocket for the part and material as well as paid for labor. I get nothing but a 3 day pay or quit 2 days later after I sent a email. All I want is my money back and they have a way nicer apartment then when I moved in. And I will still leave it cleaned and new paint."
