Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I need help with someone checking this bank who ever they are. I bought a 2007 GT 6 Pontiac in June 2012. I had complain before to you about the Vaden Nissan Dealer that sold me the lemon. They called me but nothing was done about it. I am paying $17.00 Dollars for Maintenance and everytime something breaks in the car, it's not covered. I want them to stop Charging me for a Maintenance Insurance I never asked for. Another thing is the bank Flagship, is ripping me off, the Car Value was on the windshield for $13.000. It went up even with my 2002 Mazda trade to almost $16000 dollars, I just sat there in their office while they try to get this used car approved, well they did, to my worse nightmare, I went thru all the papers I sign and to my shock, I am paying Flagship almost $30.000 Dollars for a used car that's been in the shop so much I lost count, money out of my pocket. Well I wanted to drop the according to Vaden Nissan the Maintenance Insurance that doesn't cover nothing that breaks and I feel I should be able to drop it. I didn't ask for this. Ok, Flagship Bank is charging me $381.42 a Month for this Lemon, and If I want to make payment over the Phone cause I am busy at work they charge me $10.00 Dollars more. If I go to their website I had to use western Union and they Charge me $5.00 dollars more. This is a crooked place and Vaden said it's now between my bank and I. I feel if I didnt qualify for this loan to get this lemon they sold me they just should it tell me and not take me a mile to hell. When I send the payment in the mail, I always send it on time so it gets there early, now it's not problem if mail is delayed for whatever reason, well they charge me late fees. I want to return this car back to Vaden Nissan and close what ever the contact they made with Flagship. I know I probably won't get my Mazda back, but if I owe anything to them for returning this car they can take it from My 2002 Mazda I gave as a Trade. I am willing to get an offer from Both parties, if not I'll have to go Higher with this problem and this Bank especially. This crooked Bank. From the $381.42 they only put down towards my payment like $20 Or $30 dollars everything else goes to interest. I never heard such a thing only yeah with Tittle Max.. Please look into it and help me. I can be paying $15. 000 dollars in interest,. Not for this lemon, that keeps breaking up on me, when it's not one thing is another. Its not fair what they did to me. All they had to say it was NO and that would it been all. Please help. Vaden it's not going to help they say it's not their problem anymore. Sure they got their commision selling this Lemon to a first time buyer now no one want to help or listen."

  • I have a few questions as to your claim here. Perhaps writing up another comment and updating your claim here will help the company respond appropriately to what you are looking for. It seems from reading the claim that you are having a problem with a car financing company? It seems you may have concerns about how they are applying your payment? Typically, in a financing arrangement, the majority of the payment, at least for the beginning of the loan, goes towards interest, and a very small amount goes towards principal. Towards the end of the loan is when the bulk of the payment goes towards principal payments.
