Claimant says:
"I pay funds of 133 dollars bi.weekly to this disability company and now that I am disabled they will not disburse my disability funds that I have contributed to that organization. I had foot surgery on may 25 2012, I called this company on May 29 2012 to ask for a claim form. They said i had to wait 60 days to even request a claim form they said they would evaluate my claim after that. I was never told that when i am disabled that I had to wait 60 days. The agent rainier dela fuente never disclosed that clause to me. I will be disabled for over 2 months, I will not be able to pay any of my bills due to this disability company comitting fraud against me. I have the doctors paper work that says I am disabled. I had foot surgery and this company will not disburse my disability funds that I have been paying into. I would like to request my money back that i have contributed to this company. I have been with them since december 2011 i also would like it posted on your list for commiting fraud not telling me what i would go through if I were disabled. I only recived the paper work that the agent gave me and it did not say I had to wait 60 day before I could even receive a claim form. How do they expect me to pay my bills if they dont disburse my monies? I feel like I have been railroaded by the agent rainier dela fuente and the company he represents which is Federal Employee Association of America."
