Claimant says:
"Fantasy Charters bus hit my car and broke my mirror on 7/5/14. The driver of the bus gave me the address and number of the company. I called and spoke with the owner of the company named mark. We agreed that he would pay for the mirror. I would find a place that would replace the mirror and paint the mirror the same exact color of my car. The place where I went charged $150.00 for the mirror $75.00 for the painting of the mirror and $55.00 for labor. He only send me $150.00. My car is a 2006 White Cheve. Inpala. The mirror comes black so that you can paint it the color you need it to be. I called him and told him that it was not enough that he was short $130.00 he refuse to pay for the balance. I texted him the bill as he requested."

  • I informed mrs Davila that i would pay for a new mirror which i did.
    I then sent a check for $150. to her stating that it would be "final Payment " which she cashed and accepted as FINAL PAYMENT.The only reason i agreed to have her handle the repair was because she told me she needed the car in two days to go on a trip,so for her convienence i agreed so she could make her trip.

  • I Texted him. The bill as he requested the bill was for $280.00 not $150.00.

  • I was willing to accept just the $75.00 for the paint of the mirror and forget the $55.00 for the labor but he refused that also. So maybe he should pay for the $130.00.its up to him or go see a judge and let them decide.
