Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"After contacting the Famsa Furniture Store on July 15, 2021 located on 3333 Telephone Rd in Houston TX to seek remedy for a problem that my mother is havibg with a mattress that cost her well over $1000.00 dollars purchased less than 3 years ago. I was informed by the service manager Claudia Ramirez that there is nothing that she could do for my mother because "our policy says that the mattress is only serviceable at 2" inches of sag or more" Claudia said that she was informed by her service technician that the mattress had only 1" "inch of sag on the edge of the matress". I responded to her that no one sleeps on the side of a mattress, so your company policy makes absolutely no sense at all! My mother lives on a FIXED INCOME so for her to have to purchase another MATTRESS in less than 3 years would cause her undue financial stress! My original request was to get a store credit and pay the diffrence for a better mattress, now I am having second thought about dealing with a company that refuses to stand behind the products that it sells to the general public!"

    Measure the mattress yourself and take pictures of the results. 2" appears to be an unreasonable standard anyway. What does the warranty say? Who is the manufacturer? More...
