Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I feel like i was unfairly dismissed from my employer due to the fact that yes i was on a 90 day probation period, I was in a accident in a parking lot at a customer drop of point, when i got back in to my vechile I looked for cars and other objects noe were visabke in my mirrors so i proceeded to pull out, when i hit a cement cyclindar in the middle of the parking lot, yes It was my fault but i was also told that i was the 4th person to hit the pole I put in a accident report there was no damage except to the car i was driving, i was put on suspension and now have been fired over this, I did recieve my last paycheck but also feel that they owe me half my shoes purchase as I was told i had to have safety shoes and they pay half of that when i turn in my reciept, I turned it in and was told it would be on my next check, now im being told that because i was on probabtion that i am not entilted to the half of the purchase, never did they tell me that i would have to wait the 90 days or I would of waited to purchase them until I knew that period was up, I did not have the money to purchase them so it was borrowed. So I am writting in regards to that and to ask for advice as to wat my rights are and wat you can do to help me. My start date was the 23rd of August and to day is the 30th of September. Thank You for your time and please call with any questions.MY number is (970)689-6128. Thank You Teri A Knowlton"
