"on april 30,2010 on a spanish radio advertising in the City of Miami Florida they offered a trail battle with 60 vitamens know as Focus Factor on a trail bases and I will pay for
$ 4.95 for postage and handling and if I flnd that the product was as good as advertise to help me re-store my memori, since I'm a 67 years old retired men I make the phone call and I was ask to give full information on my devit card the name of bank including my personal information and my pin, after the telemarkrting verafied my devit card information then she said that they were going to send me other battles of vitamens she was going to register me on some type of program, I then refuse to boths offers but already have the information, on June 01, 2010, tthey devit my account two times totalling $ 156.85, creating a financial of setting back on my account on the month of June 2010 due to the fact that the devits were not retyrned back to my until june 07, 2010but my bank started to charge me $ 35.00 per every transaction they pay or returned do shorage on my income acomulating a total of $ 490.00, a total of14 items returned for non-suficient fund or over draft charge, amount my payment to the light company, to the condominium association and other purchases that I made, I have contacted the Customer Service Department of Factor Nutrition Labs, LLC, and I have spoken to a lady by the name of Tania and also to a gentlamen who contacted me name at a later day and promess to talk to one of executives and se if they refund to me the $ 490.00 dollars that I was charge by my bank due to the un-authorised devits made to my account, I'm also a menber of Pre Pay Legal Services and even known that the send a Demand Letter on my bahalf, there have been no responce and they said that since the company is in the State of Main I need to employee an attorney there but I dont have the funds needed to do so, that is way I'm coming to you with my claim hopping that you will find the way to have Factor Nutrition Labs, LLC, refund me the fee's charge to me by my bank Regions Bank, do to the un-authorised devit made. I'm coming to you as my only hope, we are on the middle of September 2010 and I have been able to replace the deficiency I have, Trusting that you will be able to help me I Remain Respectfully.
