Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My husband and I ordered 4 new pair of glasses on Dec. 2 from Eye Care Express on Coliseum. It is now Dec. 26 and still no glasses. When we ordered and PAID for them on the 2nd they said mine would be in the next day and my husbands in a week. Every time we call to check on them we get sent to 3 or 4 different people and a different manager. No one seems to know anything. Each time we get a different excuse and a promise to call us back - which never happens. We paid over $500. I think we should get a discount on the glasses if/when they ever come in. We now have no confidence in Eye Care Express that they will be made correctly. We are very upset that no one seems to know what is going on - I am thinking they have lost our order and are hoping we will just go away. We want our money back or at least correct glasses no later than this week. We want compensation for all the hassle we've put up with.

UPDATE 1/8/17

Found two young ladies, Dani and Taeven, determined to solve our problem. They have been very attentive and pro active in trying to rectify our situation. Hopefully their efforts on our behalf will result in a satisfactory outcome. These two have given our faith in customer service a needed boost.They are to be commended. Eye Care Express is lucky to have these two caring employees, too bad some of their co- workers caused us so much concern and aggravation resulting in our complaints"
