Claimant says:
"My husband and I stayed at this motel on Tuesday, July 29, 2014. We had requested a non-smoking room via telephone. We had also requested air port shuttle, and were told via telephone that would be available.

Once we arrived, we were told there was only 1 smoking room left. NO airport shuttle. There was a baseball/softball tournament in the area and everything was booked. We went to the local K-Mart and bought a can of Febreze and sprayed the room. It did not help!!!

We did not even take showers because used wash cloths and soap were left in the tub.
We have not felt so dirty in forever. Thank goodness we had an early flight.

This filthy room costs us $96.29 and the cab fare total was $20.00

I would like to see our money returned to Vickie Garrett 2025 Evergreen Rd Covington,VA 24426. In addition, I would like the chance to stay, free of charge, in an outstanding Extend Stay America, if one exists.
