    I suggest you file a complaint with the State of Florida Attorney General Dept. Of Consumer Affairs. You may want to write a letter to Exploria stating this too. http://www.myfloridalegal.com/pages

    There is no response from Exploria available to review. Subject to that caveat, if the details in writing were not provided until after the rescission time, then the seller should return the funds paid.

  • Let me make sure I understand this correctly: You purchased a travel club membership and did not receive the information you needed to realize that the club does not offer what you expected until AFTER the cancellation period had expired?

    I looked at another complaint against Exploria and that seems to be about the same problem.
