Claimant says:
"This company illegally with a premeditated, cruel and fraudulent act picked up my new 2014 Silver Nissan Altima on Friday, 9/12/14 and released it to me Saturday, 9/13/14 for $293.30. They claim that they picked my car up because there was no displayed sticker in order to park in the resident parking lot. This is a LIE! Not only was a sticker there in my car since I purchased it in May 2014 that was clearly displayed, but it was put on the windshield by Nissans Sale Representative who sold the car. There is proof that they entered and invaded my car, moved the sticker that was pealed up and placed in the top of the windshield; human hair was on the drivers seat, a finger print on the windshield by the sticker, my door was open when I retrieved it, the wheels were covered white with soot as if it had been driven in gravel, my gas tank was over half full and I received it less than half empty. I submit that this was a flagrant act and a Tort Action making this not only illegal, but a crime. THEY WERE IN MY CAR!"
