Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Evaluation Solutions
I have read several thoughts in this forum concerning this company out of Florida. I must say that I pretty much agree in total with what I have read. They owe me $6,000.00 for BPO's that I have performed for them through the months of January, February and March. They have not to this day paid me one cent for performing these BPO's. When I started my BPO business ten years ago, I was a new agent and hungry to make money, so I took BPO's for up to eleven counties. Evaluations Solutions took advantage of this and used me extensively essentially beginning in January of 2011. I didn't do very many for them up until October and then the gates opened and I did over $4000.00 dollars in just three months. I demanded payment, and they sent me part of it in January and the remainder in February. Well since they had paid me, I decided to continue to do business with them hoping that they had turned over a new leaf. One of their agents told me that they pay every 45 to 60 days. The last BPO I did for them was March 23, 2012. I still got an occasional call but told them that I would not be doing business with them until I was paid. I started out sending weekly, bi-weekly e-mails to five or six of their agents including their vender inquiry line. I was very careful to be polite, very careful to attempt to be as professional as possible. I started this in April and to this date have not received one response. I have sent them a copy of the law here in Washington State and still have not gotten a response. The ugly thing about this whole scenario is that they have created a hardship for me both in my personal and professional life. I am a proud individual and do not tell this easily but I must be honest. I put over 14,000 miles on my car. Gas has averaged upwards to $4.00 a gallon, so you can see that I put money out and had none returning. This is a company that has no concern for the rights of Americans in a free country to collect a fair wage for job performed. They need to pay their vendors and contractors. This is not a true American Company who practices the precepts by which this country was created and has survived. They are out to take apart our free enterprise system by unfair, unwarranted and dishonest tactics to make money. The reason this country is in the shape that it is in is because of greed, unadulterated greed from companies that practice these tactics with concern for their fellow man. They do not need to be in business, essentially I would consider them not worthy of calling themselves a part of this free enterprise system. They should not be in business!!! They need to pay the money they owe for work duly performed. The same amount of time, miles and sweat go into each and every BPO that you perform. You spend the time driving to the address taking the pictures that they require, driving back to the office, then spend several late night hours away from family and friends to make certain that the order is in as close as possible to the due date. They ask for a twenty four hour turnaround. They send you an order around ten o'clock in the AM while you are out taking pictures during the daylight hours, then when you get back to the office in the PM and accept the order, they still want it back by 10:00 AM the next morning their time which is ET, while when you except the order in PT it is already Dark. We must pull together as Brokers to rid our industry of these types of tactics. Thanks for reading."
